Facilitation

In addition to participatory planning processes, which often involve a very articulated programme and are developed over several months, Ascolto Attivo runs facilitation processes aimed at groups of people (companies, associations, groups of citizens) who want to tackle delicate stages of change and growth in a truly shared manner. These interventions often have very specific objectives: How to outline together a vision and a strategy for the future? How to jointly decide what choice to make? How to define shared rules for our activity? These projects have been conducted with associations, companies, public administrations, bodies, groups of citizens. In 2018, Ascolto Attivo collaborated in the Public Debate on the reopening of the Navigli in Milan: in the various meetings Agnese Bertello facilitated one of the working tables. Also in 2018, in collaboration with Nimby Forum and Beulcke & Partners, it coordinated and managed the BiopiattaformaLab project on Gruppo CAP’s project for the redevelopment of the waste-to-energy plant in Sesto San Giovanni.
